Cell C
No network capacity in Wonderboom

Bought Giga 100 sim from Cell C. According to their coverage map I have 3G connection
When I connect the connection shows HSPA, but my download speed is only between 1 and 16 Kb per sec.
Cannot even open webpage. Sometimes speedis better, then suddenly just stops for hours
Have been to cell c kolonnade and registered network problem. Have been promised that technician will download speed and I will receive feedback
No feedback and no download speed
Cell C has no capacity do deliver a service in Wonderboom, Pretoria
