In beginning of January 2013 one of our Samsung Galaxy tabs under contract with Altech Autopage broke unexplained. After battling for 3 months, 2 different ridiculous quotes for something that should have been repaired free under warranty, and 2 previous posts later we FINALLY got some feedback from Altech Autopage in which they agreed on the 8th of April 2013 to deliver a brand new SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 2 10.1P7500 WHITE to us and that it would be despatched within 24-48 hours. Whic of course did not ever happen.
On the 10th of April we still had nothing.
On the 11th of April Diannah Ohilippides, key account manager, got back and said she had been sick, which is OK.
On the 16th of April we asked again, and on the 17th got told it had not even been sent yet. So much for 24-48 hours. I guess they must be in a different universe where hours mean days or something.
On the 23rd of April, yet another WEEK later, NO FEEDBACK from Diannah Philippides.
A word of advise to anyone wanting to sign a contract with this cellular provider - rather eat paint and glass chips, and in hospital untill the urge to deal with them goes away before you make the mistake. USELESS
