I convinced my parents to get a Samsung for their next upgrade at Vodacom. Let me tell you I'm now there least favourite kid for doing that. They got their phones last year, round about June. The phones started giving them lots of signal problems and battery problems. To get the phones signal back they had to restart the phone every time. This started to happen more than 5 times a day. Not even a month old the battery won't even keep a day for them. They will maybe make and receive 5 phone calls a day.

Story short. Phones has been in to service provider 5 times and is currently still there. Time spent without their phones is now going over 3 months for all 5 times together.
Please sort this out Samsung. Asking nicely. Contact me please to explain more. There is not enought space here.
