No action in a month

My fiance's phone was. As Autopage requested, she got all the documentation in place for the insurance claim (phone was insured through Autopage) and paid all the due amounts. The phone contract was on her mother's name and all required documentation was given for the change of ownership on the same day. This all happened on 17 Feb.

Today is 21 March (more than a month). My fiance has phoned Autopage four times and went back to the branch six times after everything was handed in. The insure claim is still not approved. No new phone was delivered to the branch, never mind given to my fiance. And the contract is still on her mother's name. The individual that helped us today said that the documents was missing and wanted to give us new documents to fill in. We refused.
