UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER UPGRADED TO THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S3-NOW NO PHONE/CUSTOMER SERVICE AS MIDRAND OFFICES STAFF SEEMS TO BE THERE ONLY FOR THEIR SALARY AND NOT FOR AUTOPAGE CUSTOMERS.SAMSUNG COMP. IS ALSO IN THREATHENING BECAUSE OF AUTOPAGE HEAD FFICE.I UPGRADED ON THE 28.2.13 FIRST I PHONED HEAD OFFICE IN MIDRAND, SAYING WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, THE ANSWER: COME TO OUR AUTOPAGE MIDRAND OFFICE AND WE WILL HELP YOU.I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE, THEY CHECKED ON IT, IN MY EYES PLAYING, OFF I GO BACK TO WORK WHERE I HAD TO TAKE OFF 7X AL INCL. THE PETROL, TIME AND ALL THE PHONE CALLS TO UPGRADING AND YET STILL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS MY PHONE IS STILL NOT WORKING, YESTERDAY BACK TO HEAD OFFICE MERCHAN GOVENDER PHONE MENLYN BRANCH, SENT ME THERE TO DO A CPA AT MENLYN, NO STOCK HAVE TO WAIT FOR HEAD OFFICE TO COURIER ONE TO MY WORK.AGAIN ALL MY TIME, EFFORTS, AND ACHES AND PAINS.UTOPAGE HEAD OFFICE CAN TRACE ALL CALLS, I WAS 3X AT AUTOPAGE MENLYN AND CELL C NEXT TO AUTOPAGE. NOTHING SOLVED! SAMSUNG GARSFONTEIN: LADY TOLD ME THE VERSION 4.1.2 HAVE TEETHING PROBLEMS.VERSION4.1.1 IS OK. ASAP!!!
