Autopage No.1 at passing the buck AWARD

The screen of my S4 got damaged. I called Autopage Somerset West to find out how to get it repaired. They gave me the JHB upgrade number and was told to get the POD and then take the handset to Samsung to have it repaired. Firstly my contract is with AUTOPAGE, I upgraded through AUTOPAGE, I received my handset from AUTOPAGE. Autopage are very quick to help you with purchasing and upgrade but when it comes to after sales service and going the extra mile... that service does not exist. Why should I go to Samsung? They are not my service provider, AUTOPAGE IS. I have also called the upgrade number today as I still have not received the POD that was promised yesterday morning... Yet another service not delivered. They are quick to promise you the world but very slow to deliver... if they deliver at all. AUTOPAGE PLEASE SORT OUT MY PHONE.
