We have been waiting for weeks for Telkom to fix our land line depite logging numerous calls with them. My wife saw Shaun Majiet working in the area and asked him to look at our problem. Even though this call wasn't assigned to him, he came around and diligently checked all connections, handsets and subsequently fixed our landline. Now we have ADSL again!
