Cant Receive Any incoming Phone Calls

Hi on 20 March 2013 at 7:10 my landline has not been working.
I can make out going calls to telkom, but i cant receive any calls.
AND SOMETIMES WHEN I TRY TO CALL SOMEONE LINE IS JUST DEAD, ITS RANDOM, SOMETIMES I CAN CALL OUT, 2 MINUTES LATER I CANT CALL OUT.
There is also a static noise on the line when i pick up the phone.

I had the same problem with my line on 7 Feb and it took till 20 Feb 2013 to fix the problem the previous time.
I have called telkom and reported my problem.

I just want the problem fixed.
Telkom can try to phone me on my 017 647 6814 number and test if they can get through to my number.
I want a working landline, and i hope it doesnt take two weeks to fix the small problem.
Last time it was a small problem according to the technician at the local Exchange in bethal.

Any help Feedback Will be Appreciated.
