Worst Service Worst response

From the 26 November 2013 my ADSL line was on and off WITH a hassle technicians came out and was fixed for a while.

Since 26 December 2013 my adsl line was OFF each day i phone and get a reference number each day they tell me a different story.
NO Technician was assigned to my adsl Problem from the 26 December
They tell me it is a area fault NOT TRUE as Mweb and BENONI store also say my line is off no technician was assigned to the problem
And i also contacted fb cpf for the area where i asked if any other people had the same problem and it is only our Telkom adsl line that is giving us problems in our street!!

Was at Telkom Benoni store talked to the manageress and she is referring it to technical department BUT can not promise me anything.
