On the 31 of Aug 2012, I went to the Sandton City store to cancel my account with immediate effect. The required form was filled out. In my April bank statement I noticed that I'm still being billed for an account that hasn't been used since the 31 Aug 2012. The sim has been destroyed and has not been used since then. I have had this account since April 2009 and havent received an upgrade in that time. I have been billed R145.01 for the past 7 months. The total = R1015.07. A full reimburse since the date of termination is expected.
