I logged a call with Telkom on the 18th of Feb regarding my land line / ADSL which is dead, I have been phoning every day to find out when the problem will be fixed and I get the same day in and day out, they take my number and say they will escalate the problem and get someone to call me and inform me on the progress.
Well surprisingly nobody calls me. A technician was assigned to the call on Thursday 21st. How long does it take to diagnose a problem and repair it??? It would appear that Telkom really do not care about their customers.
