I logged a call for Telkom to come and fix my ADSL Line which has been faulty for the past 2 weeks.
I received a reference number and after a few days phoned telkom to find out when a technician would come and resolve my problem. I subsequently received a sms from Telkom which stated that the line has been fix.
I called telkom back and said to the consultant that the problem has not been resolved and queried how telkom closes a call without a technician going to site to ensure that the problem has been resolved, the call was reopend and another escalation was sent. a Telkom technician came through to my house and his diagnosis was that the problem was at the exchange and that he would go and fix the problem. The technician left and never returned. 3 Technicians came in total everytime they leave to go and fix the problem at the exchange and never return i still have the problem and the calls was closed again
