Mine is a very short story. I will be cancelling my contract as soon as its done. After receiving my S3 in February the microphone wouldn't work. I took it to Cresta and handed it in. I received a SMS telling me to collect my phone. I got there and they gave me my report saying my phone had previously been opened and it was beyond repairable. I said I would pay whatever just to have it fixed. They said no and they doubt Samsung could fix it to. I took it home very unhappy. Seeing that nothing could be done I walked around with my ear phones for awhile until my brother thought no, stuff it. He opened it... guess what... it was a little bit of fluff caught I there. It works perfectly now. You are snakes and too lazy. We are your customers and you have to me. I am so disappointed in you. Just abit of fluff... it was easier to tell me my phone was beyond repair... I can't wait to finish my contract with you.
