I handed my black BB in for the 2nd time in 9 months. After 5 weeks I went to collect it at the store and they tried to give me a white one back! After telling them it was not mine, and them insisting the IMEI no. was the same? it has taken nearly a week for them to tell me that I must wait for the store to return the white one so that they can find out about mine? I have been without a phone for 5 weeks (11weeks if you count the last repair) on a contract with Cell C for which I pay upward of R900 p/m. I was escalated to the CEO office and not much care has been shown by them either. No communication has been forthcoming and it has been just finding out if my phone is in fact still at repairs. They don't know if it has been fixed or when I will even get it back. What a load of rubbish!! Cell C, come on, where is the customer service? So many problems with you! Now, where is my phone? Is it fixed? When will I get it back? Will I get it back? Will it actually work? #SOFRUSTRATED
