Nashua Mobile
Call limit not as per contract

I got a MTN anytime 100 with a R50 call limt. The contract was effective from 11/12/2012 but the sim card was activated on 01/02/2013. Before the sim card was activated I got a statement for R710.74 including airtime and data bundle usage. An amout of R640, 74 was debited on 31/01/2013 was debited instead of R710, 74. On 28/02/2013 R573, 67 was debited. I was surprised by the amount and called the contact center on 16/03/2013 for an explanation. I was told that the reason for the amount was because a R300 call limit was set. I was shocked as I never made that request. I requested for the limit to be set to R50 as per the contract, which was done and got an sms confirmation that the adjustment was made. On 30/03/2013 a debit went through for R527, 55 and I called again and spoke to Puleng Mokoena and explained that due to the limit that was set not on my request and the amounts that were debited, i wanted a refund. She asked for a copy of the contract, which I emailed on 03/04/2014. She said that the matter will be investigated and feedback will be provided. On 11/04/2013 I got feedback that the R50 call limit was correctly set on 29/01/2013 which is totally untrue.
