I have been contacting Nashua Mobile for over a week regarding an internet charge on my phone-I have even gone to the shop in Longmeadow. Either the people employed by this company is so stupid that they dont understand a simple question OR they are so lazy that they just dont care (I am opting for both). I still dont know what the internet fee is for-according to them it could be whattsapp or it could be this or it could be that. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT JUST TO GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE ACTUALLY GETTING THEIR SALARY FOR TO HELP THE MAN IN THE STREET?
