Really disappointed

I took out 2 cell phone contracts in December 2012. It was a real disappointment.. At first when we went to Vodacom to take out the contracts, we had to come back the next day to come and fetch the phones and to finalise the contract, because of normal procedure black list checks etc. Initially I asked for a Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus on a Top Up 135 contract, the guy who helped us confirmed that I can get that specific phone on that specific contract without having to make any extra payments. And it was advertised like that as well. (It was December/Christmas specials/deals). My brother, the 2nd contract, asked for a Sony Experia Tipo. They did tell him that they would have to order his, as they didn't receive their new stock yet. Thus we signed the contracts for those phones. We came back the next day to fetch my phone, when they realised that they only had Samsung Galaxy Ace Advance in stock and not the plus. So now they had to order my Ace as well. They told us that the phones will arrive in the next 2-3 days. The 2 days went by, still no phones. It carried on like that for a month.
