I went to a Vodacom store in Vaal Mall on Saturday 5th October to purchase two phones on contract on an existing account. I was informed that there is no stock on the phones that I wanted to purchase, so I decided to wait until they received stock.
On Thursday 10 October I phoned and they said that stock will only be available middle October, so I went to Vodacom Riversquare (Three Rivers) and cancelled the phones that I was approved for at Vaal Mall and decided to take two other phones, but I was only entitled to one phone according to my profile, which is strange, because a week ago I was able to purchase two. I purchased one, but the consultant at Riversquare said that I have to wait a week before I can purchase the other phone.

On 11 October I went back to Vaal Mall and asked the consultant if she can checked if I am entitled to purchase another phone and she told me I cant, I have to wait three months before I can add a second phone to my account. This is some what contradictory, because how can one store say one thing and another store say something else, but they are both the same service provider.
