I called in to make a payment arrangement, which they did debit the amount that we agreed on. then after the debit ran, i called in for them to activate my line again and the consultant said she couldn't see the payment i must fax it to them, of which i did fax and the line was still not activated, i called in and i think i spoke to about for consultants doing the same thing, faxing and still they didn't activate the kines. now i received as sms stating that I owe money and they will take me to the attorneys.

This is not acceptable, its unfair that they do not check their books, and they say their calles are recorded, but they dont refer to the payment arrangement that i did with their consaltant.
