I dropped my Iphone 5 and took it to the fourways repair centre. The repair centre wrote off the phone hence Insurance would cover me for a replacement. I was sent up to the sales centre to replace the phone. Consultant named Mabel attended to me. There were no Iphone 5's in stock and i was also underisnsured. I then decided i would get a replacement phone form the insurance company as well as then renew another one of my contracts so that i could get a phone as good as the one i had initially wanted. Disussing LTE phones, Mabel suggested the Z10 and the SIII. She even took the time to explain to my colleague that accompanied me what LTE was. I specifically wanted LTE enabled phones coz it is faster to browse as i had enjoyed that on my Iphone 5. She howevert processed the deal for the Z10. without saying the ones they had in stock had NO LTE! For 2 days i have battled to set the LTE. I called call centre 082 155. Consultant was not even clued up about the LTE and kept telling me to hold and ask others. On internet, i saw a similar compaint to mine regarding the LTE on their Z10. Thats when i realised. Called store and spoke to manager Alistair and he was not interested. Help!
