On a previous occasion I posted a complaint of how sales don't have product knowledge. Vodacom promised to have a consultant call and apologized. BUT no help.
I keep asking to call me - no-one does, so I call and am advised to call Headoffice in JHB which turn out to be: Vodashop. They cannot help me either. I am told I cannot do early upgrade as I do not spend R800.00 in this line... regardless of the other lines I have on my account.
I want to upgrade early AWAY from Blackberry (poor service) alternatively: please buy my phone from me, I will buy a Android handset that actually works.
So... the only resolution I come to: Vodacom does not want to keep this customer.
