On 14/01/2014 I visited the Vodashop at Vodaworld in Midrand. I needed to replace my Iphone after i recieved a letter from the Vodacom repair shop in Vodadaworld stating that the phone was beyond repair and i would recieve a brand new replacement handset under the value of R9500. The lady that was supposed to assist me was extremely rude and unwilling to assist me. Because i have multiple contracts with vodacom, I could not recall the exact number i took the iphone contract with and I swap sim cards with all the phones I have. Because of this she said that she could not give me a replacement phone. I asked to see her manager, she advised me that there was no manager at the store. Note that all of my contracts are insured with vodacom.
I'm willing to cancel all of my contracts with Vodacom and move to the Opposition if I am not assisted by the end of the week.
