The excuses that I have received from Autopage regarding the replacement of my Iphone are absolutely unacceptable. If you read the fine print they will only replace or repair your phone. Unfortunately my phone was in December last year. To date I have been unable to get a satisfactory answer on the replacement of my Iphone. I am not happy to accept an outdate phone as a replacement and am willing to pay a reasonable additional amount to Autopage. Nowhere in the contract does it state that I have to accept a lower or the same phone as I currently have. Amazingly enough Autopage only have Iphone 5 stock available for new contracts and not insurance claims. This puts me in a predicament as I am bound by a contract with Autopage until April 2014 and will see this through. Interestingly enough there is no refund clause in their policy. Being insured by Autopage should not take away your rights to select a replacement phone.
I demand immediate resolution this unacceptable service.
