Disgusted at poor service from Telkom

I ordered a Telkom adsl 1mbps line about two weeks ago the consultant said it would take 5 working days to be activated and working. It took two days. A week later I decided to upgrade to a 4mbps line. The consultant said it would take 24hrs meaning 3 working days and would cost around R700 all inclusive. A week later I called Telkom to find how much longer its going to take as it was still not active. The consultant said it takes ten working days and would cost me about R1800 all inclusive. I decided to cancel with Telkom as their service is unacceptable but I've been on hold for the past 20 minutes. Its amazing how you always wait longer when wanting to cancel. I will not recommend Telkom to anyone and as for me I am totally disgusted at the poor service Telkom has to offer. I am in the process of cancelling with Telkom and moving over to another service provider where I hope I will get better service.
