I requested for an ADSL-Telkom Simple to be installed at my home about 3 weeks ago. I was then advised that it would take about 14 working days however a technician did go to my house about a week later and he advised that there is something wrong with the pole so he needs to log a fault and thereafter it would take 7 to 14 workings days which I cannot wait for so I called Telkom customer service today but received pathetic service where I was being transfered between departments.
Telkom was supposed to be well established but I may have to look to Neotel now since Telkom cannot accomodate me.
