It does not happen often when you are supprised by Telkom especialy the bad rep that they have had. I say had as my experience with Telkom has been nothing but a pleasure and I have received only the best and fastest service to get my ADSL line installed and setup within days. I applied for the line with telkom and within 2 days they where ready to install. I further selected Telkom as my ISP as the one previously selected (Axxess) was delaying things beyond belief. I contacted Telkom, they informed that it would take 7 days to complete, within 2 days my ADSL service was active and working and every time I have spoken to one of the Telkom Agents they have always been friednly and helpfull to sort out any query or question I had.
