I'd like to tell everyone about the bad service that i have been experiencing with Telkom and how there staff doesn't know what they are talking about, for the last 3 days I've been calling Telkom ADSL internet support about my ADSL line problem, i'm on a 4mb line but i'm only getting a max of 1.4mb when i called the first time the guy was positive that my line is stable at 4mb and the problem is with my service provider i'm on a capped service and what ever speed my line is that is the speed my service provider gives to me, they said i must contact my service provider when i did that my service provider referred me back to Telkom. the 2nd time i called them a lady said to me that my service provider doesn't know there job and there is noise on the line that is why i'm not getting 4mb a fault was logged reference 41ce2180114 on the Monday the problem was resolved. when i got home tested my line nothing still the same. i called Telkom again they said the problem is on there side and they are working on the lines, when i went to Telkom website where you check if they are working on the line. they aren't working on line lines so i ask does Telkom know what they are talking about?
