3 Days, No Feedback

After ordeing a telkom ADSL line (now realised what a bad decision that was), received an sms that the adsl was activated, however since than my line is dead, no dialing tone, nothing. Reported to telkom and was assured someone will be out the next day, 3 days later not even an update received.
All calls to Telkom are being handled by someone more incompetent that the previous.
The last even mentioned that 48hrs turnaround time meant 6 days as its 48 working hours!!!
It takes a week to send someone???
