I ordered Telkom ADSL in October 2013. I received the goods and it was installed. After a couple of days it stopped working. I reported it and it got fixed. Several days later it stopped working again. Same story, reported the problem that got fixed. It worked for 2 days again. They came to my house 4 times and it is again not working. I have tried several times to get through to their cancelation department, but no one ever answers. The one time I waited on the line for 32 minutes. I also sent them an e-mail to which they have not replied.
Telkom is taking money from me every month for something I cannot use and I simply cannot get hold of them to cancel the service. This is!
