We are two doctors that need to be reached for emergencies. Now we sit without telkom connection since 10 days and nobody knows what is going on. All payments from our clinic are done via the ADSL line which is also not working. It is a disaster! If we go to the office they only tell us they are working on the problem. But we are in the dark as how much longer this will go on. They told us 4 days ago it has been handed over to the underground cable department. What is our alternative? Must we leave telkom?
