After numerous other excuses Telkom now says they will not provide us with an adsl line as there is too much cable in our area . but my neighbours have phones, adsl etc . there is even an old line running to our house . all telkom poles run through the back of our property, they are unwilling to even send someone to check it out. This is totally unacceptable, i would understand if there were no lines but there are already lines installed.
