I went to Ghandi Square and was sent to Simmonds street, next to STD Bank as they do not deal with talking points. I did that and they also told to go to another Voda shop as they did not have stock at the time because of the holidays, it was on the 25-03-13. I called 0822411082 to exchange my points on Friday the 29th, the lady tried to assist but she could not as she claimed the system didnt allow my address even if i didnt change it. I was told to go to any Voda shop for assistance but i explained i was too busy that weekend and didnt have the time. Nonetherless, i called again on Sunday and it was successful. I was sent a quote "1049924" of which i was expected to sign and fax back, which i did on the 03/Apr and exchanged for a Nokia 306 for 1000 points. When i called to enquire on the 10th, spoke to Palesa she told me i lost the points as i exchanged them late. I dont understand why that is the issue, it shouldnt matter wen it was done the point is it was done on time and i shouldnt have forfeited my points whilst at the same time received a quote for it. I just need the phone and everything to be reconcilled.
