I purchased using my thank you pointsin Oct (have slips) and the balance of my thank you points was over R300. the next day I wanted to use my thank you points and at Edgars in Sanlam centre they told me they having problems with thank you points - all points show as a negative. I then went to the CNA the next day and Iit showed my points as a negative and I couldn't use. Every 2nd day I would check my points and it showed as negative. I purchased using my card and my points should have increased over time. However, this has been going on for more than a week and It still showed my points as a negative - this time a different negative amount. I then went to check my points last week and it just over R61. Where is my other points? I wanted to make a purchase... I called customer care and asked them to look into this matter. No feedback as yet. The store assistant at CNA in Parow Centre (Edwina) sent a query through and still no feedback. This is totally unacceptable and I want feedback and my points back.
