A few months ago I went through the horrible experience of being contacted by a Joburg call centre on behalf of Vodacom to tell me I've been selected to be sent a second phone, which I declined, was still sent, and ended up getting added to my account. After I FINALLY got you to get the couriers to come fetch it again, I have just now been billed for both contracts, one of which I never wanted and now do not even have the phone for! This is none other than outright. I want my money returned, and when my contract has expired I will not renew it again. I want nothing to do with this company after this cursed contract runs out.
