I went in to Vodacom in Moffit on Main about 1.5 months ago, where I wanted to find out what kind of phones are available on their talking point loyalty programe. I was told that if I wait until I reach 3000 points - I would get a better phone, than the 2000 talking points option.
Much to my surprise, when I went to Moffit on Main on Saturday to redeem my 3300 points for a phone, I get told it was only a promotion they were running from April to June. What am I supposed to now be doing with 3000 points that I can't redeem for 1 phone? I must now use the 2000 points for 1 phone, and the other 1000 for another phone.
I DONT WANT 2 PHONES, I saved my points (as I was told to do by a vodacom branch) and now I am suffering because of poor communication???
I want this issue to be resolved in the next 24 hours, or I will take my business elsewhere.
Yes, I might seem like a small fish, but accumulating 3300 points from October last year - means I have spent almost R35 000.00 in airtime purchases since then.
Let's see if Vodacom take their customers as serious as they claim to, if not, I am sure Cell C will be smiling with getting yet another new custome
