After the problem I had with Vodacom with the talking points, they very kindly updated the phone with 1000 points and we decided on sunday 10th February to go and exchange these points for a new phone.
Victor at Vodacom in Springs was very helpful in assisting me with choosing a new phone. He explained the pro's and 's of nearly every phone I liked, until I chose the one I really liked.
This shop closes at 1pm on Sundays and we eventually exited the shop at almost 1.30pm. Not once did he check the time, or even hurry me up a little.
After the service I received from Vodacom at Lakeside Mall, this was a lovely experience.
So hats off to Victor, and know that if I need any help from Vodacom I will be returning to Tha Avenues.
