Absolutely Terrible Service from Accounts DEP

I spoke a consultant at the accounts department, and with an over the phone discussion and in no way a verbal agreement, an agreement was made with out my consent, and the written agreement i had signed with a different consultant was not taken into account..

There service has just been terrible no one can give me a straight answer and the people that can are always out the office or off for the day..
