A few months ago I experienced financial difficulties, I then contacted your accounts department and spoke with Sakina, we made a written agreement where R400.00 payment per month will be made on my account, that was in April 2013, we also agreed once my situation improves that I will pay more. Since then I have received monthly calls, sms's and emails (talking several a day)! Today they phoned again, 3 times on my mobile which I can't answer at work, then on my workline to be told that although I'm following through on the written agreement, if I can't pay R700 a month, they will take me to court garnish put on my account. Do you understand how embarrassing it is to experience financial struggles? Only to be put through the same thing every month. What is the point of a written agreement anyway? I have all the communication on email. I expect someone from your accounts department to get in contact with me and sort this out with ACS. Please phone after 16:30. Thanks!
