TERRIBLE!!! EXTREMELY UPSET

Nashua Mobile what a pain to deal with you!!

I have tried numerous times just to get through to their Accounts department spoke to the operator which then told me my account was handed over which I am willing to pay anytime, but the process you have to go through is like absolutely no one knows what is going on! WHY CANT THEY JUST CHECK THEIR SYSTEMS AND GIVE ME THE DETAILS SO I CAN MAKE THE PAYMENT AND NEVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN INSTEAD THEY DRAG MY PROCESS OF PAYING BACK OUT!!!

I ACTUALLY DONT KNOW WHO TO CONTACT ANYMORE CAUSE THEIR WEBSITE HAS NO EMAIL ADDRESS TO THEIR ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT, AND I HAVE SENT CUSTOMER CARE ONE BEFORE AND THEIR REPLY WAS A NUMBER TO CALL AND THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS HANDED OVER -I KNOW THAT!! - I PHONED THE NUMBER AND GUESS WHAT THEY DONT EVEN KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MY ACCOUNT!!! GRRR. THE GUY TOLD ME HE WOULD PHONE ME BACK AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL

OH AND NASHUA:
note when you only have R30.00 on your available airtime and you play ads OF 5 MINUTES LONG it chows BEFORE ONE OF YOUR OPERATORS ANSWER!!

IM FED UP NOW!! I HOPE SOMEONE CAN GET BACK TO ME SO WE CAN RESOLVE THIS
