Inability to answer a simple question

I have sent numerous e-mails asking how the minimum payment on the straight facility of my credit cards, since it was not included in the pre-agreement upon opening the account.
How this detail was left out in the pre-agreement and T's & C's is a mystery to me!
Months later, I am still without an answer!
Bluebean told me straight up that it's 3%, my is wfs unable to do that?
