My agreement with the company was to have deductions effected on my salary sate. My statement due date says 28/02/2013. My agreement was 25th of each month and the deductions went off on 22/02/2013 because there were funds in my account. As the consultant explained, this is set up on all accounts, however, this was not on the credit agreement. I must get a copy of my statement to show that I was not paid to day.
This is ridiculous.
