After numerous phone calls and postings on Hello Peter VODACOM has not reacted to my complaint.
I made arrangements with VODACOM that I would pay my accounts by cash. It seems to me that there some uneducated specimen of some kind that who's soul purpose or job it is to sit there and change this back to bank debit order reduction. Thus because there are insufficient funds in my account for this transaction to take place I get charged R115.00 penalties every time and also a penalty imposed for none payments even though the account was settled in cash.

I was told on a few occasions that these monies could be refunded to me and that I would be contacted by VODACOM to make the necessary arrangements for this to take place. One person told me that after a "deep dive investigation was completed I would be contacted so that arrangements could be made for reimburstment
