My existing voice mail don't work any more. I have phoned the customer care on 9 April 2013 @ 17.35. to log a call. The person said to me he need to log a call with IT the problem will be sorted out between 2 and 22 hrs. on 10 April 2013 i phoned again. The person who answered the call said i must call back from a land line then he can assist me. I phoned back and spoke to another staff member. He advised me that he need to lock a call with IT because i already have a existing voice mail. he informed me that NO CALL WAS loged on 9 April 2013.
