I called the MTN call centre in April 2013 to inform them that I will NOT be continuing with my contract and that I would like to migrate the number to prepaid. My billing date was the 21st of each month and I was told in to call in after that so that they could assist. The consultants, as above, confirmed with me that the money loaded onto my number on 21/04/2013 will be taken off my number and I would NOT be billed in May 2013.
So, I didn't get any money in April yet i am billed for it in May.
I called the call centre on 27/05/2013 requesting to know what is going on. I first spoke to Adely who couldn't assist me, obviously. He then said that Neo would retrieve the calls from April and call me back. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, Ms Pillay, I was informed that she as well as ever other supervisor was "busy with their own work and unable to assist me". He said that he will get her to call me within the course of the day. I AM STILL WAITING!
MTN consultants: IF THIS IS NOT SORTED OUT BEFORE END OF BUSINESS TODAY I WILL SLAP YOU WITH SUCH A HUGE LAW SUIT YOU WILL HAVE TO CLOSE YOUR DOORS TO BUSINESS!
