YOU ARE CHARGING FOR CALLS THAT DO NOT GO THROUGH

I am being ripped off by Cell C at every turn. Once again I have to resort to Hellopeter for you to get your act together. I am on control chat 100 and I have noticed lately that I am being charged amounts of three to four rand per dial for calls that have not gone through i.e. when I phone someone and they do not pick up the phone. I am so sick and tired of the incompetent circus act that is taking place at Cell C. I phoned your call centre spoke to a consultant named Zola ref 13022700144212 what a waste of my time and energy. I can not believe I am paying for this bad service. I can not and I'm definitely not willing to keep on paying for calls that are not answered. My second issue that your call center failed to resolve is that I do not have access to voice mail. Three weeks ago I had a problem where I could not receive incoming calls nor sms they were diverted to voice mail hence I had to cancel all call barring and call divert. I phoned your call center to correct this and was given an incorrect code, I still do not have access to voice mail. Your consultants have failed dismally, Can you please sort out this mess for me as I do not want to call your call centre everyday.
