Umbrella Fund Claim

My last Contribution was 31 March 2013. My last working day was 26 April 2013. HR submitted my forms 19 April 2013. Elize van Deventer sumbitted the forms as per her email last week (between 27 and 31 April 2013.

The only person that really is helping me is Tshepo Ntsoko. His the only person answering the phone when im callng. With regards to the Admin Claims Department each phone is on voice mail does not matter when you call if its in the morning afternoon or late afternoon. Receiption 011 846 3500 rings rings and then phone died out. 011 846 3703/ 3704 just ring and then goes to voice mail...

I have spoken to Areno on Friday 14th June and convey the message that no one has work on my claim. What is the reason for this? Areno promise me he will follow up with me this week (18 to 21 June) and will give it his priority but no call to confirm. I called SARS today, 20/6/13 no Tax Directive was issued by SARS
either. Areno promise me that the money will be paid by Monday, 24th of June 2013.

According to common law it must take up to 21 working days for claim to paid out. My question is what is the reason that ABSA Umbrella fund claim DPT take so long?
