Took a contract through Vodacom Direct, received the handset on the 25th Feb 2013. Phone was not activated after 48 hours, so phoned Activations (082191945) on the 27th Feb 2013. Cut the call after 10 minutes of no response. Phoned again on the afternoon of the 27th Feb and left a call back (said they would call back in an hour) and still no response. Phoned customer care on 082111 and cut the call after waiting for 20 minutes. Have sent an e-mail to voice my disgust and to cancel the contract.
