I wrote a complaint about cell c on the 28th of March and was promptly contacted telephonically saying that they would look into the poor signal we are getting and prioritize the matter.
Well its now the 10th of April and still struggling to get signal. Can we get a refund? Thiss was an absolute waste of money.
