Called in to call centre first thing Monday morning to arrange upgrade, paid the early upgrade whilst consultant was on the line. Was assured delivery in max of 5 days, which would be Friday.
Called in today to follow up on the order, had to go through whole process of getting order acknowledged, let them find and allocate payment.
After going through all this, the lead time would be another 7 days.
i find this totally unacceptable, been a client with Virgin Mobile for over 5 years and get this lack of service.
I would ideally like this sorted by end of the week.
