My debit order cancelled without my consent

I have signed up for a straight up 50 top up package with cell c of which it state that my monthly charges will be R166.00. I been paying my monthly charges via debit order for the past seven years. I noticed that my debit order for March did not go through and i immidiately phoned cellc c to find out why, and i was told that my debit order was cancelled, but no one was able to tell me why. The lady i spoke to assured me that she will raise this with her superiors and they will phone me back. (this happened last week friday) Since friday till today no one has phoned me to explain why my debit order has been cancelled and whether i has been re-instated.. because i have neva defaulted on my payments. Yesterday my line was cut off, and i phoned the call centre again to find out why and I was told that its because i havent made payment towards my account. I told the lady that i have been paying my account via a debtit order and she told me that they dont have any records of me paying them via debit order.

This is very frustrating for me &and im not getting any help from Cell c, my line has been cut off i cant make nor receive calls... Can somebody pls contact me to sort this out
